Made using the traditional Venetian paper mache technique this mask is then smoothed with a fine plaster cast and hand decorated with acrylic paints
The eyes edged in black with tear drop effect, one eyebrow is raised and the lips are pursed in red
Secures with ribbon ties this mask is named Volto Pagliaccio which is Italian for Clown face
